We work hard to ensure every mesh nebulizer we ship is in perfect condition. However, if you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help. Please review our policy below regarding returns and refunds.
1. Return Eligibility (7-Day Window)
You have 7 Business days to return an item from the date you received it.
- If 7 days have passed since your delivery, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
2. Condition of the Product
To be eligible for a return, please ensure the following:
- Original Packaging: The product must be returned in its original packaging including all accessories, manuals, and the box.
- No Customer Damage: The product must not be damaged or broken due to misuse or mishandling. Returns are only accepted if the item is in the same condition as you received it.
3. Reporting Damaged/Defective Items (Proof Required)
If you received a product that was damaged in transit or is not working (defective):
- Damage Proof is Mandatory: You must provide video or photo proof showing the damage or defect.
- We highly recommend recording an unboxing video when you receive the package. This is the best proof to ensure a fast approval of your return request.
4. Refund Timeline
Once we receive your returned item, our team will inspect it to ensure it meets the criteria above (original package and no damage).
- Approval: We will notify you immediately on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.
- Processing Time: If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment (or UPI/Bank Transfer).
- Credit: You will receive the credit within 3 to 4 business days, depending on your bank’s policies.
