Shipping Policy At Realcart.store, we know you need your health products quickly. We strive to process and dispatch every order as fast as possible from our facility in Bangalore.

1. Order Processing Time

  • Dispatch Time: All orders are processed and dispatched within 24 to 48 hours (1-2 business days) of receiving the order.

  • Business Days: Orders placed on Sundays or Public Holidays will be processed on the next business day.

3. Order Tracking

  • Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a Shipping Confirmation Email/SMS containing your Tracking ID and a link to track your package.

  • Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking status to update on the courier’s website.

4. Incomplete or Incorrect Addresses

  • Please review your shipping address carefully before placing an order.

  • Realcart.store is not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, a re-shipping fee may apply.

5. Damaged or Lost Packages

  • We pack every mesh nebulizer with extra care to prevent damage.

  • If your package arrives damaged, please do not accept delivery if the outer box is crushed or open.

  • If you accept the package and find the product damaged, you must contact us within 3 days with an unboxing video/photo (as per our [Refund Policy]).

We currently ship to all major pin codes across India. If our courier partners do not serve your specific location, our team will contact you to arrange an alternative solution or process a full refund.
